#131 – Generator HHO run time tests, Part 1 of 4

For latest news please visit my web site www.alt-nrg.org In this mini-series I attempt to answer the age old question posed by our critics “Are we on the right track or just spinning our wheels?” For this test I am using a gasoline powered AC generator. This is the ideal platform to test with because it’s carbeureted. No fuel injection ECU, O2, MAF, etc to deal with. No EFIE required. ================================================= I have collected the data. You be the judge.

was there a spark timing change needed?

  2. bensbargains says:

they did but they had to put direct line to the carb

  3. thelonewolf267 says:

+NNNNN- would be a better config.

hi I built a diferent design dry cell an with 12 to 16 amps using sodium bicarbonate I was puting out 1.2 leiters a minute now I aded a bubbler and switched to sodium hydroxide the amps ran out of my spectrum and making 2/3 of my cells nutrals im back at 1.2 leiters at 10 amps. But my theroy is that nutral plates are a waist of stainless. oh my cell is 2″ x 3″. would apriciat your comments. PS sorry about the spelling .

is +-+-+-+- or +NNNNN- better config????

  6. rusty8684 says:

they took the tank of hydrogen and pumped it into a carb of a car and the car ran until it miss fired and lite the gas back to the hose

  7. ZeroFossilFuel says:

    Um, no, they didn’t.

    Watch it again.

  8. rusty8684 says:

mythbusters ran a car on hydrogen

  9. UbeefHooked says:

You didn’t show Gas consumption before injecting HHO!!!!!!! why not?????

  10. Youtop1155 says:

it’s silly >> hho gas is not enough to run a car
if you serious show us engine of car run with this gas
you can do with mini engine (only)

  11. sodapop503 says:

was the motor fully warmed up before you started the first test?

  12. ZeroFossilFuel says:

It’s still dangerous, though. Not to be taken lightly and always handled with the greatest care.

  13. painfultone says:

that’s not entirely true because if you apply pressure (coming from HHO) you change the amount of vacuum pulling from the venturi of the carb…

  14. Templarzealot89 says:

I guess he never thought of that before he posted haha DOUGH

  15. MINIBNRR says:

please adjust the engine timing to TDC right now its advanced to 10-15 degrees. You will be pleased.

  16. hhoguru232004 says:

I cannot even begin to imagine a 2.5 amp simulating a load on the engine. pull jimmy hoffa through the yard there and that will simulate a real world load on the engine.
    good job zero ;}

  17. Xedret says:

New vehicles have a sensor to know how much fuel inject, if the spark created by the spark plug is stronger than expected this sensor activates and will reduce the amount of gas injected.

  18. chipflinger says:

Before posting comments, please realize that Zero has put years of research into HHO. This is video 131 after all, go back to his first videos and you will learn a lot. This man is way ahead of most in justifiable research, while proving his facts with video proof

  19. TiczonFamily says:

Combining gasoline and hydrogen? isnt it dangerous?

  20. shad061 says:

Things that I never see you HHO guys take into account. Exhaust gas temps to prove your not just leaning out the poor engines you are destroying. Oh, and how exactly you are breaking the laws of thermodynamics? P.S Carbs engines will dump the same ammount of fuel into the engine given the throtle remains set the same, whether you blow HHO in it or not. Period. Your tests are flawed. Sorry but if your going make science you need to look at all angles. :)

  21. ZeroFossilFuel says:

    Thanks but not likely.

  22. ZeroFossilFuel says:

I know. What you don’t see is 15 minutes of run time prior to the experiments. How boring would THAT be to watch?

  23. FreeYerMindz says:

    Dear zero,
The engine efficiency increases as the engine gets warmer. perhaps you should try to warm the engine up for 6-10 minutes before running the tests.

  24. ecg5757 says:

    Zero,
Would you post the specs for that generator? CC’s and wattage.

I’ve done that math, and at 5mmw you have the efficiency to run an engine on HHO alone, that’s. You should just ho ahead and make a prototype.

  25. gass4less says:

    Hi Zero,
Why did you restrict the HHO flow so much with the basket ball filler needle? Would it not have been more efficient to just use the tube directly and cut the current back on the call so you produce less gas, and less load?
Thanks for all your hard work..
