If you select UPS as your shipping choice, you MUST provide a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our Privacy Policy is posted.
Unless specified otherwise, the cost of Shipping and Handling is calculated based on the combined weight of all items in the order. You can see the estimate during the ordering process by pressing "Estimate Shipping" button at the checkout.
International Customers:
- We ship to most non-embargoed countries of the world. Customers are advised to be certain of your import regulations and restrictions when ordering our products.

- We can not and do not accept any responsibilities for items stopped or returned to us by the Customs control. Please know the import restrictions of your country.
- Customs Duties, Import Licenses, Taxes: You are responsible
for Import Licenses, Customs assessed import duties, all local taxes, and in-country
delivery fees (if any). We assume no responsibility for these additional charges.
- Packages seized by Customs for failure to follow local import regulations are ineligible for credit or refund. Packages returned by Customs are subject to the 20% re-stocking fee.
